Our community was experiencing extremely high water bills over the past couple of months. We did as much troubleshooting as we could on our own but were unable to find the leak. We contacted Craig from Ace and he was able to rearrange his schedule to come the next day. He and Matt worked with our maintenance professional and found the underground leak within a couple of hours for a reasonable cost. They were a pleasure to work with. Had another company come out to my condo and told me it was the drain on my tub, that was not the case. Ace leak detection and video came out and found the leak and it was coming from the upstairs unit leaking down my wall behind the shower valve.
